İNŞAASI TAMAMLANMIŞ BİNALARIN EKOMİKLİK VE GÜVENLİK DURUMLARI GÖZ ÖNÜNDE BULUNDURULARAK FARKLI TEMEL TÜRLERİ İLE YENİDEN ÇÖZÜMÜNÜN KARŞILAŞTIRMALI ANALİZİ

In this scope, 9 kind of foundation projects belong to the engineering structure about to finish were examined and alternative project instead of existence project were prepared in Karabuk, Safranbolu, Kastamonu, Çerkezköy and Tekirdağ distrists. The Increasing competition in the construction sector causes to a decrease in profit shares in the projects. Accordingly, it is very important to reduce the construction cost in terms of both the employer and the contractor. This study is planned based on the thesis that while the basis of engineering projects is being designed today, it causes basic solutions which are not economical foundation solutions to be done due to the maximum security concern. As a result of the study, both economical and safety basic projects can be designed for existing structures.
