Abstract
It is vital that people affected by disaster can communicate with outside and rescue teams. However, in the event of a disaster, infrastructure such as roads, bridges, buildings and other infrastructure can be damaged. For such cases, the base station, etc. device-to-device communication technology that allows direct communication between two devices without any infrastructure requirement is an important solution. In this study, device-to-device communication technology is presented as an example scenario for post-disaster communication.
