Biography

Zekai Celep whom born in Tokat in 1945, completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Istanbul Technical University. In January 1971 he completed his Ph.D. in Applied Mechanics at Hannover Technical University, Germany. Celep received associate professor in 1976 and professor in 1983. Dr. Celep has held various academic positions throughout the course of his career, including Maschienen Fabrik in Augsburg-Nürnberg (Germany), Northwestern University Institute of Geomatics and Concrete Technology (USA), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA). Dr. Celep worked as a professor in the Department of Structural and Earthquake Engineering, Istanbul Technical University from 1987 to 2012. January 1989-December. Scientific and Technical Research Council of Turkey between 1990 Engineering Group, who served as a Member Dr. Celep received the Promotion Award for Scientific Achievement in TUBITAK in 1984.

Biography

Dr. Aydınoglu graduated from ITU Faculty of Construction in 1965. After working as a design engineer for a while, he got his doctorate degree in 1977 from ITU, which he joined as an assistant in 1972. From 1979 to 1981 he worked as a guest researcher at Lehigh University in the USA and became associate professor in 1981. Between 1992 and 2010, he served as a lecturer at Boğaziçi University, Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute, Earthquake Engineering Department. There are many scientific publications in the areas of nonlinear earthquake analysis, design, evaluation and strengthening of existing structures according to performance, structure-ground interaction. He serves as a member of the arbitration committee in important international scientific journals. 1997, 2006 and 2018 actively contributed to the preparation of earthquake regulations.

Biography

He graduated from ITU Faculty of Construction in 1963. In the same year, he was appointed as an assistant at the ITU Faculty of Civil Engineering Architecture. He completed his PhD study, supported by TÜBİTAK Scholarship, in 1968. Between 1972-74 he conducted post-doctoral studies and research at Lehigh University (USA). Dr. Özer received his associate professor in 1975 and professor in 1986. Between the years of 1990-99, he worked as the President of ITU Faculty of Civil Engineering. Özer retired in 2008. Erkan Özer, who holds many doctoral and master thesis studies and conducts scientific and vocational research projects, has Turkish and foreign books, articles, reports and research reports. Turkish National Committee for Earthquake Engineering, Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers, Turkish Structural Steel Association, Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE).

Biography

In March 1991 he completed his master's degree on Building Design, Structural Field, Structural Design. He completed his Ph.D. in Tokyo Science University in November 2006. Takahashi also has the "oil-damper-support system" G-Mark in October 2001, the Tokyo University academic incentive in July 2008, and the "Three-Dimensional Seismic Development and Practical Application for a multi-story residential isolation system" in June 2012 Engineering, June 2012 "Chisuikan has received Engineering Awards by Japan Seismic Isolation Association" Using Three-Dimensional Seismic Isolation System ". Takahashi is currently Director of the Department of Building Design, Vice President of Quality Assurance Center, CTO (Technical Director). Since 2015, he is also a professor at the Department of Architecture, Tokyo University of Science Engineering.
